Position: E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Reports to: Head of E-commerce (Asia)

Location: Shanghai Office

Responsibilities:

  • Manage JD.com business together with some of the consignment business platforms.

  • Manage local business partners on site analysis, and user experience optimization to improve customer online shopping experience

  • Identify new requirements in a fast evolving market, increase online shopping experience to convert and retain the customers

  • Lead local business partner to deliver ongoing business SOP (Standard Operation Process), analyse and improve operation quality continuously

  • Manage local business partner to ensure the overall e-Commerce supply chain process optimization including demand planning, logistics, Inventory & safety stock planning.

  • Supervise the warehouse activities to make sure operations related flows are seamless, deliver last mile service to full-fill customers’ needs.

  • Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with IT, customer service, merchandising, and content and logistics part to deliver operation excellence.

  • Manage local business partner to analyse warehouse capacity, storage efficiency, container utilization and truck utilization, drive down total landed costs and improve service level.

  • Ad hoc requirements from management levels

Requirements:

  • Education: bachelor's degree or above.

  • MS Office: advanced level.

  • 4+ years of e-commerce experience to include e-commerce, on-line stores, and website operation, with successful E-commerce experience in fashion, cosmetics or luxury products.

  • Candidates from fashion/cosmetic brands, e-commerce platforms OR successful TP agencies are preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in whole e-commerce process management, platform operation & promotion plan, understand e-MKT and e-Merchandise.

  • Sales-driven.

  • Good planning and data analysis skills, strong sense of 'data talking'.

  • Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives

  • Good project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Written and oral communication skills in Chinese/English.

  • Excellent attitude with positive energy & business acumen.

  • Strong in time management skills with detail oriented mindset.

  • Flexibility and adaptability.

  • Autonomy and solution capabilities.

La Perla is one of few historical fashion houses with a woman founder and this year marks the 65th anniversary. The brand name was inspired by the elaborate way Masotti would present her products to customers - carefully packaging them away in red velvet boxes like those you would use for jewelry.

His mission is to take La Perla to the next level and continue Silvio’s vision of creating a worldwide luxury brand, while keeping its production in Europe.
