3.基于行业业务洞察，进行数据整合、设计系统框架设计、算法和数据模型分析研究、架构和产品设计。

5.解决方案复制和推广：通过项目跟踪，制定可复制解决方案，并进行团队能力建设指导、培训。
1. Responsible for designing big data algorithm, data analysis solution architecture and building team capability.
2. Responsible for analysing customer business, understanding customer demand, and identifying application scenarios in the field of big data
3. Conducting data integration, system framework design, algorithm and data model analysis, architecture and product design based on industry business insight.
4. Having insight into & follow-up on trends in the field of big data governance. Participating in relevant technical meetings, and advise team on future development with a global perspective.
5. Solution replication and promotion: develop replicable solutions through project tracking, and conduct team capability building through guidance and training.
7. Continuously optimize data architecture according to business requirements so as to ensure product reliability and stability.
8. Instruct developers to plan, build and present data models; Share technical experience.
9. Study deeply on big data related technologies and products; Follow up with advanced technology in the industry.
Qualiction:
1.不少于5年的工作经验，具有扎实的大数据分析建模理论知识；
2.熟悉大数据分析流程和方法，能够根据客户业务需求，洞察数据流程并选择合适的业务模型满足业务需求。
3.熟悉通用算法和建模平台，如SAS、SPSS。
4.熟悉Hadoop Hive和Spark，熟悉数据处理、机器学习等主流算法，熟悉SQL和Python、scala、R等语言。
5.熟悉人工智能和深度学习流程和方法，了解MXNet、caffe、TensorFlow等深度学习框架。
6.机器学习、深度学习和数据分析产品设计和规划经验者优先。
7.数学或计算机相关专业，大学本科以上学历。
8.英文大学四级以上水平。

1.No less than 5 years of work experience with solid knowledge of big data analysis modelling theory.
2.Proficient in big data analysis process, able to observe data process and select appropriate models according to customers' business needs.
3.Proficient in general algorithms and modelling platforms such as SAS and SPSS.
4.Proficient in Hadoop Hive and Spark, data processing, machine learning and other mainstream algorithms. Hands on experience with SQL , Python, Scala, R and/or other languages
5.Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and deep learning framework, such as MXNet, caffe, and TensorFlow.
6.Experience in machine learning, deep learning and data analysis product design and planning is preferred.
7.Bachelor degree or above in mathematics or computer science.
8.CET 4 or above
9.Able to travel for long periods of time.
2. Proficient in Hive, Hbase, Storm, Mahout, Flume, ElasticSearch, Spark, Kafka, etc. Plenty of designing and development experience in large-scale enterprise project.
3. Proficient in the real-time computing technology such as Sparkstreaming
4. Proficient in one or more technologies in large-scale data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, distributed computing, and have practical experience in large-scale projects.
5. Proficient in mainstream relational database (Oracle, MySql), NoSql database; Hands on experience with pl/sql programming
6. Proficient in Linux operating system and Java; Hands on experience with common frameworks such as Spring, MyBatis, etc.
7. Bachelor degree or above in mathematics or computer science.
8. CET 4 or above
9. Able to travel for long periods of time.
