职位描述
· Lead product manufacturing process for OCP project
· Make benchmark study on new assembly technologies and confirm their industrial feasibility during the OTM
· Justify the best choice of product architecture by assessing the feasibility & simplicity of the associated manufacturing process
· Propose & justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most economical manufacturing process architecture according to the rules of SPS (Schneider Production System) & LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology) in ‘ DO ‘ stage gate
· Design manufacturing line architecture, complete the technical specific ion of assembly means
· Define & industrialize the control jigs & gauges
· Qualify and launch the assembly means according to industrialization budget & schedule.
· Train plant staffs and transfer the Industrial responsibility to plants
Education:
University degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering/Mechanical)
Job Related Experience:
· Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products >5 years manufacturing process /method
· Jig & Gauge experience in industrial product
· Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment
· Experience on Project management
Soft skills:
· Willing to work in team
· Good analysis and problem solving skills,able to collect and analyze data according the project needs, setup reasonable action plan and push to achieve anticipated result
· Open minded, ready to be challenged and to learn other’s best practices
· Good communication skills with internal/external
· Strong leadership
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)
