职位表述和要求： PURPOSE

This position is commercially accountable for the management and development of package gas Business in Zhongshan market as well as support for PG business development in whole China. A key focus will be to lead sales team effectively, and achievement for package gas sales revenue and profit target in ZS. The position has the additional responsibility to lead the Planning & Commitment (P&C) Process for ZS package gas & leads business transformation initiatives, also is responsible for the ongoing transformation of the business to create value, improve customer service, and optimize business processes to accomplish competitive advantage.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Maintain and accelerate development of package gas in ZS.

2. Lead sales team strong to achieve sales target, budget, marketing analysis, developing business and to assist the Competitive Strategy support for ZS industrial package gas business.

3. Meet/Exceed targets for PIP and Margin enhancement.

4. Cooperate with other function team actively, smoothly communicate with relative department.

5. Manage and improve the sales team productivity and insure account receivable in time .

6. ZS Package Gases Product Management

- O2, C2H2, N2, Ar, CO2, He, Mix, LINX, ….etc all industrial package gases

- Product pricing strategy & standards to achieve DP and PIP goals for ZS.

7. To growth the package gas business in ZS, using gas applications technology and competitive predominance from Air Products.

8. To become the leading experts to meet customer’s requirement in ZS for the package gas Sales, Marketing, Value-added Service and application technology support area.

9. To provide valuable information including sales; marketing; prospects, competitor’s activities and their selling stratagems and customer’s service/complain for ZS.

10. To work closely with ZS’s operation, and others department to improve efficiency and reduce cost for ZS.

11. To develop and maintain current customers and database of prospects, customers, and sales trends in package gas sales, marketing, and applications technology and customer service in ZS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Job Incumbent is expected to have Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline. There is an added advantage if incumbent has a postgraduate qualification in business administration.

2. 4+ years commercial and/or commercial technology experience with business process experience

3. Job Incumbent is expected to have fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of other dialects and languages would be an advantage.

4. Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills

5. Job Incumbent is expected to have Self-motivated and goal oriented.
