The principal role of the Order Fulfillment Specialist is to manage shipment, processes and documentation for outbound orders. The OFS ensures that customer needs are met and that company policy and international trade compliance regulations are adhered to.

 

Essential Responsibilities

? Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders and regions 

? Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics process 

? Releasing all International orders from distribution & manufacturing to freight forwarders 

? Completing all required export documentation 

? Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping 

? Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with GEHC & Export compliance requirements

 

Qualifications/Requirements :

1. High School Diploma 2. 

2 years export operations experience, or order management of freight forwarder operations experience. 

3. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment 

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Desired Characteristics

1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management 

2. Previous experience and training in Order Fulfillment or minimum of 3 years of operational logistics, import/export, customs expertise 

3. Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures. 

4. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization 

5. Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments 

6. Experience working in a compliant supply chain 

7. Six Sigma Green Belt certified. 8. Oracle order management experience.
