Responsibilities
1. Managing L1 support service as interface for country CTI problem management.
2. Coordinating all CTI platforms and ensuring timely and adequate support delivered to level 2 and fulfilling SLA.
3. Wintel/Unix/Storage/Backup system operations.
4. Service including infrastructure platform level 1 support operations.
5. Scope covering whole China.
6. Level 1 support service resource planning.
7. Team capacity planning.
8. Interface to level 2 support on incident/problem management.

Requirements:
1. Sound university degree on technology or engineering, M.Sc.
2. Intensive understanding and experienced in ITIL.
3. 5Y+ famous MNC IT experience, key player & doer.
4. Experience in audit, compliance, ISO certification
5. Solid knowledge and experience on IT system, both h/w & s/w, Wintel & Unix/Linux. Datacenter OPS experience is a plus.
6. Good command of English in both oral and written
7. Skill set on resource management both internally and external vendor team.
8. Mature, responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, self-discipline and teamwork.
9. Adept communication skill, firm and persistent personality, faster learner and ability of working under pressure
