Responsibilities:
l. Issue certificate drafts, certificates timely and accurately; post certificate package to client
2. Upload certifcates in ACTIS for International scheme products
3. Keep and update timely certificate records in Siebel, reports, and send records to company website
4. Provide CNCA certificate declariation data (including data for audit and certificate) weekly
5. Provide information and analysis related to certificates as requested
6. Manage certificate suspension, cancallation, withdrawn process
7. Responsible for customer satisfaction survey, setting up plan, following up status, and analyze trend
8. Manage auditors' T&E: check data, input data in Siebel, and follow up the payment if well settled
9. Maintain and manage SV reports files
10. Perform other work as requested by management

Requirements:
1. Diploma or above degree
2. Good command of English both in written and reading English
3. Familiar with MS Office operation.
4. Capability of sustained independent work and a high sense of responsibility, good team work player.
