职责描述：

1、负责理解业务咨询团队需求，运用统计建模、数据挖掘、机器学习等方法实现对复杂业务场景的分析与解决；

2、负责利用数据分析挖掘技术助力金融行业数据分析建模等问题

3、负责将数据算法理念演绎为通俗易懂的概念，协助开发团队进行实际的商业应用；

4、负责数据挖掘模型效果评估，部署上线，迭代优化工作；

5、负责项目内部数据团队的日常管理工作。

Qualifications:

任职要求：

1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，统计学、应用数学、信息与计算科学、运筹学、计算机科学等数学与计算机相关专业，掌握扎实的统计学，数据挖掘，机器学习理论基础；

2、具有数据挖掘、神经网络、nlp、最优化、深度学习等方面5年以上项目经验曾在金融机构或金融行业具备5年以上数据分析相关经验；

3、能熟练运用SAS\SPSS\R语言\Python\Matlab\Mhout等挖掘工具和技能（至少精通一种）；

4、熟悉Linux、Oracle等大型数据库及分布式环境，能通过SQL熟练操作数据；

5、有志于咨询行业数据分析，具有自我驱动能力，对新技术有强烈求知欲和学习能力；

6、具有较好的商业Sense和逻辑推理能力，善于从商业角度解读数据，能推动数据分析结果落地；

4、良好的团队管理和沟通合作能力。
