岗位职责：
1、负责协助产品经理对德勤咨询内部的现有的咨询服务，进行可产品化需求挖掘、评估、并在评估通过后，进行产品化实施推进；
2、根据德勤咨询服务客户的实际需求，负责协助产品经理对第三方产品进行引入，并形成新的德勤产品线；
3、根据德勤新技术研究成果，负责协助产品经理进行成果的产品化开发，并形成新的德勤产品线；
4、管理上述三个来源的系列产品线，协调该类产品线内部关系，合理分配内部资源；
5、协助产品经理组织领导团队，跟踪上述系列产品的相关开发改进进度，完成产品开发、测试、版本管理、评审发布，产品上线等相关工作；
6、协助产品经理组织领导团队，监督确保上述系列产品开发的合理交给，优化方案、资源落实和项目进度；
7、跟踪上述系列产品上线后的市场效果、用户反馈、收集和挖掘改进需求、并与产品来源方沟通，持续改进产品；
Qualifications:
任职要求：
1、2年以上工作经验，具有软件产品架构设计，软件产品开发、软件产品维护实际经验者优先；
2、良好的沟通、协调能力，良好的英语沟通及写作能力，具有四大咨询行业背景优先；
3、大学本科以上，商业、金融或计算机专业背景，计算机软件工程专业者优先；
4、有强烈的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力，具有良好的职业道德及敬业精神；
5、有良好的客户意识、服务意识和团队合作精神，创新精神。
