Key Responsibilities
I. Ensure product availability in stores while maintaining a healthy stock coverage and smooth operations in stores, in coordination with the retail business team.
1) Master data consistency：Maintain master data consistency between systems and Monitor boutique stock management process to ensure accurate stock in system 
2) Order replenishment：Optimize auto replenishment process to ensure reasonable boutique stock level
3) Follow up KPIs(OSA and Bad stock)：Improve boutique out of stock rate to satisfy customers' needs , avoid bad stock meanwhile
4) Stock-takes：Provide basic data information for stock take to 3rd party , track the progress of physical inventory difference 
5) Sensitive movement & Negative stock tracking：Monitor sensitive movements & negative stocks , avoid loss
6) Return management：Set up standard boutique handbook to normalize boutique in-store operation process
II. You will be a key team member deploying the supply chain planning process.

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor or above
? Minimum of 2~3 years of work experiences in planning/supply chain
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Good Oral and Writing English skill
