职位描述
Objectives & Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Including but not limited to: Objectives:
1. Telephone answer and visitors reception
2. Lunch booking (business meetings, visitors, etc)
3. Invitation letter preparation, flights booking and hotel arrangement
4. Visa application and insurance preparation for international business trip
5. Company car arrangement and car rental if needed
6. Courier collection, registration and distribution
7. Office supply purchase (stationery, water, coffee, food and etc.)
8. Monthly office payment fill-in
9. SAP system support (with specified scope and items)
10. Manage cleaner A Yi to ensure office’s tidy environment
11. Admin contract review and renewal
12. Assist in arranging company events (sports activity, annual party, team building, team sharing and etc)
13. Other job assigned by manager

1. College degrees or above, at least2 years related experience in foreign company
2. CET 4 certificate or same level in both oral and written English
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
4. Good work attitude and team work spirit
5. Strong sense of responsibilities
6. Good communication skills
7. Willing to work under pressure
