-Organize and follow all the interview process. Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.

- New joiner logistic preparation, e.g. new staff orientation and welcome kit

- Maintain the data accuracy in HRIS

- Maintain personnel filing

- Provide on-site support to employee relations activities

- Support HRBP to handle business partnering activities

- Support different HR projects, i.e. Travel Policy, learning & development, etc.

- Prepare regular reports and other ad hoc tasks
