Job Description:

? Responsible for end-to-end project implementation, working with Project Owner closely to define project governance, project plan, identify potential issues and risks to ensure resolution/mitigation.
? Drive change management including defining communication plan during project implementation.
? Explore potential improvement/optimization opportunities and working business stakeholder to ensure realization of opportunities
? Constantly working in data driven approach to identify improvement area and drive changes
? Always in agnostic working mode to build trust with all stakeholders in daily working environment and resolving conflicts between team.
? Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistic, Online Marketing, Commercial would be add on
? Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
? Proven experience in program management.
? Proven stakeholder management skills.
? Proven experience managing a team.
? Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
? Understanding of project management.
? Consulting background would be an advantage.
