WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

1、提供良好的售前、售后服务

2、引导并促进客户在线成交

3、跟踪订单以及物流信息异常情况处理

4、做好客户的管理与维护，提高二次购买率

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

1、熟悉天猫交易规则，及交易流程，能熟悉操作电脑及常用软件，打字速度快

2、良好的服务意识，沟通能力强，及时回复顾客问题，引导客户，促成订单成交

3、亲和力佳，了解客户消费心理，善于引导及安抚客户，能耐心应对各种不同的客户

4、思维敏捷，头脑灵活，应变力强 ，做事稳重，积极主动，有责任心

5、抗压能力、团队协作力强，善于学习

6、有一年以上天猫客服经验者优先录取。 本岗实行轮班制

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.

品牌创始人Filip Tysander在一次环球旅行中遇到一位气质独特穿着考究的英国绅士，他佩戴着的复古手表搭配有着岁月痕迹的尼龙表带。Filip从这样佩戴尼龙表带的方式中获得灵感，并创立了自己的手表品牌 – 设计简约而精致。
