【What You Will Do:】
?Collect and summarize market insights to understand trends, opportunities, customer needs and competition
?Support marketing manager in the development of marketing strategies, plans and key initiatives to achieve business objectives while following the division’s overall roadmap
?Understand customer’s practice and unmet needs and translate into efficient messages for marketing communication materials
?Plan and organize seminars, workshop & other marketing activities under the guidance from supervisor
?Develop and give training/education programs to sales team and customers to communicate the FABs of Ecolab solution professionally
?Aid in the management of key projects including product registration, clinical trials and customer visit
?Cooperate with supply chain on product import and logistics

职位要求：
?2 years’ marketing/product management experience in multi-national medical device or pharmaceutical company
?Bachelor’s degree in medical related discipline, additional education in marketing or business administration is a plus
?Professional fluency English
?Strong analytical and presentation skills
?Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
?Quick learning and willing to face challenges in a fast-growing division
