Essential Responsibilities

The commercial master data management specialist is responsible for fundamental commercial data management in the W2W commercial tools. He/she works as a partner with the region commercial operation manager to build the fundamental commercial data visibility, provide the associated commercial data analysis. Team work to continuously improve the commercial master data quality and drive the master data key ID interlock rigor in the W2W commercial tools，ensure the master data smooth flow within the W2W commercial transaction from opportunity to order/sales/IB/service cycle.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

● Progress frontline application for account, identify the true needs on opportunity creation, and setup the account in the Master data maintaining tool to support business transaction.

● Coordinate cross functions to ensure effectiveness of the Master Data Governance Process;

● Data analysis for master data association based on the needs of region commercial team,like opportunity coverage rate, IB penetration rate but not limited to these;

● Manage systemic access against the account territory to comply with business role hierarchy;

● Lead ITC (international trade compliance) account process, drive the progress with Global team, follow up to resolved.

● Be familiar with and professional on master data management policy, continously seek opportunity to optimize the SOP, and train commercial and operation team accordingly.

● Collaborate with commercial operation COE team members to resolve the data or system issue regarding master data.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Management;

● 0-2 years’ experience in commercial operations process or equivalent experience associate with Information technology;

● Demonstrate strong execution skills and ability to drive result and changes;

● Strong skill in system application；

● Strong skill in data analysis and process；

● Strong skill in Microsoft Excel and PPT；

● Good communication skills ;

● Clear thinker with strong logic ;

● Data and result driven ;

● Must be a team player.
