RESPONSIBILITIES：

To assist with sales administration procedures and system management.

To assist with orders, client communication and delivery logistics for IA & I&D sales team.

To consolidate monthly reports for sales tracking and system upload.

To manage the tracking of National IA & I&D trade marketing expenditure and monthly reports.

To be responsible for National production and coding system for IA proposals & contracts.

To manage all POSM & sample requests & reporting.

REQUIREMENTS：

Work at least 3 days a week for at least 6 months.

Fluent in both oral and written English.

Proficient in MS office tools.

Responsible and good communication skill.

Be positive and passionate.
