职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generic Training
* Develop and update training related policies and procedures.
* Establish and Improve Training System (from Training Needs Analysis to Effectiveness Follow Up)major for commercial teams
* Design and improve annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process, keep regular communication with business leaders to understand training needs.
* Help local HR Mgr. make annual training plan based on TNA data/findings to meet business needs, form Asia Training Plan based on local plans
* Keep regular communication with local HR Mgr & training staff to learn best practices and leverage training resources.
* Assist in the design and development of training solutions that are driven by business objectives and imperatives.
* Organize in-house training activities according to training plan
* Coordinate and deliver the corporate/Asia initiated training courses and development program
* Deliver sale related training courses
Sale organization Diagnosis & performance management
* Give advice to Biz leader in Setting, tracking, monitoring the implementation of organizational action plan to improve organization effectiveness.
* Support other organization diagnosis initiatives in terms of organization design, planning and execution.
* Promote performance management concept and provide related consultation to business managers.
* Conduct workshop to provide training/coaching to business managers on performance management tool/process to ensure the process is strictly followed.
Others
* Assist and participate in other jobs as assigned by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Preferably at least 3 years solid experience in a training environment, as a trainer or in training management;
* Training delivery skill and training management skills;
* Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good analysis skills, good at research and assessment;
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* University degree or above
* Sale management experience is a plus
PERFORMANCE EVLUATION STANDARD:
* Training delivery days a year;
* Customer satisfactory (feedback of training evaluation; feedback from local HR)
* Training system, policies and procedures establish and standardization
* Annual training plan completion %
* No major finding in internal and external audit.
* Org. development program complete status
