DME Process, Tracking and Reporting

  

Update China DME process according to business and finance request.

Co-train marketing members for the HSY China DME process with Finance counterpart, assist team in processing PA, PR creation, PO and payment for selected groups.

Track the DME accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly DME report; Provide monthly DME forecast and achieve the forecast accuracy target.

  

Marketing Department Administrator

  

Assis Head of Marketing process day-to-day administrative work

Arrange Head of Marketing agenda and meeting facilitation (agenda, topic, meeting minutes, action follow up)

Collect and check reimbursement from Head of Marketing

PR Campaign, coordination

Marketing projects (x-sub team) coordination, such as market roadmap

FOSI HSH call center, summary-Follow up 800 hotline inquiry

Marketing office sample and listing sample management

Assist Head of Marketing in delegation global visit arrangement

Consolidate and file department contract (i.e. Creative Agency, Media Agency, etc)

  

SG&A Budgeting, Tracking and Reporting

  

Develop annual department SG&A plan

  Track all the SG&A accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly SG&A report; Provide monthly SG&A forecast and achieve the forecast accuracy target

  

Department Meeting Facilitation

  

Facilitate quarterly department meeting including agenda arrangement, topic collection, etc.

Organize Q3 off-site department meeting

Assist in annual AEMEA marketing academic training

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree;

Experience: l   At least 1 years working experience (FMCG industry w/ food experience a major plus) l   Fluency in Mandarin; fluency in English is preferred
