工作职责:

1. Responsible for compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and Corporate/Group requirements. Support Region and plant EH&S goals.

2. Achieve manufacturing excellence through effective cost management, including budgeting, purchasing, facilities, recruitment, and academic operation support.

3. Accountable for the implementation of lab operation & maintenance.

4. Foster and support strong working relationships at all plant levels with different DWL groups (project management, chemistry, biology, informatics, etc.) to ensure the effective on-going supply of products and services.

5. Monitor and analyze daily operations, evaluations, recruitment, practice budget performance, and program effectiveness and system integration.

6. Reports monthly practice/program performance across all the teams and projects.

1. Good communication & coordination skills, and interpersonal skills.

2. Fluent oral English and excellent written English skill is required.

3. Credibility and respect across the organization is important.

4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
