• 岗位职责：
  1.定期拜访客户，了解项目信息；
  2.了解掌握先进的催化剂技术；
  3.为新项目和成本控制项目提供有竞争力的建议；
  4.提供技术支持以满足客户需求（客户培训、新技术引进、客户审核、新配方转移、故障排除等）；
  5.设计测试程序并向客户提出适当的建议，管理公司内部测试程序以实现高效率；
  6.为整个柴油车技术团队提供支持；
  7.维护和改善与客户的良好关系；
  8.作为团队成员进行项目管理；
  9.遵守公司环境、健康和安全管理规定，积极参加安全检查、培训和会议；
  10.中国柴油车客户的项目管理活动，从建立关系、跟进、计划活动、从J公司内部寻求帮助、遵循内部程序，直到成为客户项目的责任专家；
  11.为公司和客户带来价值。
  
  任职要求：
  1.本科及以上学历，催化剂、化学、材料科学或工程相关专业；
  2.3-5年汽车排放或者化工行业工作经验，柴油车行业工作经验，熟悉柴油发动机、中国VI号排放系统开发、汽车排放控制技术尤佳；
  3.良好的实验设计和管理能力、实验数据分析能力，有计算机模拟技能及排放系统设计经验尤佳；
  4.良好的沟通交流/演讲能力、英语口头和书面表达能力，
  5.良好的团队合作精神。
