Job Summary and Mission 

The role will as a member of HRSSC operation services focused on employee life-cycle management and social benefit support in Shanghai

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

? Routine Employee Administration Work

？ HR routine operation (on board, resign, probation and transfer, etc.)

？ P-File and labor contract management

？ Solve daily issues from Shanghai employees

? Payroll & Benefit Related Work

？ Social insurance and commercial insurance operation and management  

？ Manage all kinds of benefit projects (healthy checking etc.)

? HR System Related Work

？ Routine employee master data maintenance in HR system

The successful candidate must exemplify proven experience as PRO operation support role, owning necessary knowledge about HR management, Labor regulation. Familiarizing with social insurance operation process.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

? 1+ years and above HR operation experience in big company which have over 1000+ people

? High level of data-handling capacity;

? Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

? Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; 

? Excellent for office software; 

? Responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure.
