Overall Scope & Purpose 工作范围概括
Being part of the Group Marketing Function, this role will assist the Marketing Manager to evolve and improve the branding strategy (corporate and product branding) for successful implementation in China and overseas markets. This person will work closely with colleagues across different departments and functions, mainly marketing team in Group Marketing, China and overseas markets. He/She will also work closely with external communication and research agencies to deliver results.
Build Corporate Branding
?Develop comprehensive understanding of the direct selling industry, competitors and direct sellers so as to formulate corporate branding strategies and programs. The program can attract new direct sellers to join the Infinitus business, help existing direct sellers to have higher confidence in Infinitus, and achieve higher productivity in generating successful sales.
Build the Product Brand
?Develop comprehensive understanding of each category’s consumer/customer base, their attitudes and behaviours so as to formulate the appropriate integrated marketing and communication programs which will enhance brand imagery and deliver the appropriate changes in consumer / customer attitudes and behaviour towards the brand portfolio.
?Have a strong grip of key operational drivers for brand performance, and influence direct sellers to address any issues and opportunities.
Build the Business
?Develop comprehensive understanding of customers in China and overseas markets, including their attitudes and behaviours so as to formulate the appropriate strategy to evolve, improve and implement the Health Concept.
.?Help planning and implementing appropriate strategy and programs to strengthen and build the corporate branding.
?Ensure that different marketing teams can plan and implement the local marketing strategy / programs in line with to the corporate strategy effectively. Have a good grip of key drivers for influencing customers and direct sellers, as well as address any issues and opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities工作职能和职责
1.Branding Strategy Development
?Customer Insight
?Thoroughly understand the local customers and develop the improvement version based on sound insights.
?Work with external research team to continuously deepen our understanding of customers - superior to competition.
?Cascade the customer insights to Advertising Agency, direct selling teams and within internal system.
?Assist the marketing manager to develop and enhance the corporate branding / product branding strategy.
?Influence colleagues in other departments to ensure enough support and excellent execution in each local market.
?Identify growth opportunities through improving and implementing the branding strategy in relevant markets.
2. Communication Development & Implementation
?Inspire and guide communication Agency to think strategically and focus on developing high quality concepts and creative works which truly leverage on superior customer insights.
?Monitor execution of all projects and ensure prompt delivery in relation to overall marketing schedule.
?Work with local marketing teams and communication colleagues to ensure a fully integrated launch and effective in market execution.
?Assist the marketing manager on building and maintaining branding assets including trade mark registration and protection, packaging design innovation.
?Support the manager on building infrastructure for the brand including corporate identity and visual identities.
?Leading agency or working with in house designers to develop branding support materials from audio visual, graphics to outdoor signage etc.
3.Budget Control
?Assist the manager to achieve effective allocation of marketing budget, and monitor the expense status
4.Personnel Development
?Leverage tools of LKK HPG to maximize potential of himself/herself.
Education & Experience学历和经验
The ideal candidate should have the following background and experience:
?University graduate, 4A Agency or marketing background in international companies is preferable.
?Minimum 3 years of business experience in direct selling, FMCG, personal care, health care or advertising agency.
?Experience in managing external agencies which conduct integrated communication and marketing research.
?Good planning, organizing and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while functioning as a team member effectively. Potentially can lead project teams.
?Strong influencing and communication skills to build credibility and partnerships, including building consensus and resolving conflicts within the company with sensitivity, and winning over peers, suppliers and customers through influence and persuasion.
?A warm and engaging personality with the ability adapt to changes and to learn quickly.
?Possesses high level of integrity.
