Follow Operations handling procedures established by management
Daily communication with vendors, customers and overseas to handle inquiry
Complete other task nominated by Supervisor or Manager

Requirements


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Order taking and pick up arrangement
Communicate with oversea to file selling rate
Prepare SOP and working instruction
Make booking with Co-loader or GSC
FAMS(AS400) update
Air Docs preparing (HAWB/MAWB/Manifest, ect )
Send pre-alert to overseas office
Doc vision update
GSU/Navigator update
Invoice and Billing
Payment collection and AP application
Carry out and maintain ISO9002

Qualifications

Education and Experience
College level or above
At least 1 year air / ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry.

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)

Languages and Communication Skills
Mandarin and English language proficiency
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties

Computer Skills
Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint )
