Essential Responsibilities
• Working closely with the China commercial team to develop and implement plans and strategies that develop brand awareness, create demand and generate sales leads through off-line programs and online platform
• Continual improvement of user interface and features of China’s websites to drive site usage and user stickiness/retention
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate branding and visual standards, and delivering right brand message to the target customer group consistently
• Creating and well managing promotion tools, such as printings, adverts, rollups and graphic booth.
• Well planning and implementing promotion activities and initiatives through digital channels.
• Closely working together with sales teams to well plan and organize regional and channel promotion activities and promotions towards specific target groups (seminars, road show, cross-BU activities…) to enhance brand promotion and sales leads generation
• Applying measurement tools to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing communications programs and materials Track, review, monitor and analyze website and digital campaigns metrics to show positive ROI.
• Managing customer database and profile, and using direct marketing programs for more focused, accurate and effective target group promotion

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelors of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
2. 3+ years experience planning and implementing trade shows/events
3. Proven communications skills, both verbal and written
4. Proven organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Ability to operate in a fast -paced environment
7. Ability to travelDesired CharacteristicsExperience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals would be a plus
