高级创新技术专家

主要职责：

1. 探索新技术，新方法，新架构，用创新的方法解决新的业务需求；尤其是对分布式、高并发、大容量、数据隔离、系统解耦、数据采集、数据治理等方面的技术攻关；
2. 利用先进的技术手段，革新及优化现有的系统，负责复杂问题的分析、诊断、排障；
3. 与系统用户保持密切联系，需要时与不同职能部门就系统各方面工作进行协调；
4. 深刻了解公司相关部门对系统的需求，并将公司实际业务要求转化为系统实施概要；
5. 负责寻求解决系统问题的方案，并且评估技术和业务运营实现的可行性，回复业务系统相关的咨询，确保业务系统能充分满足业务需求；
6. 参与贡献团队建设，能够定期分享信息技术及行业前沿技术；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上计算机相关学历，10年以上相关工作经历；
2. 具有从应用系统架构及技术角度分析业务需求合理性的能力；
3. 具有很强的技术风险的把握能力和识别能力；
4. 熟悉金融行业，尤其是汽车金融行业，了解行业趋势及最新动态
5. 熟悉前沿科技金融技术，了解主流技术架构及平台技术，有大型项目实施经验者优先；
6. 熟悉测试方法，对应用优化，架构优化有5年以上的经验，能快速的分析系统问题及瓶颈，负责高效地解决发现的问题；
7. 善于合作环境变换适应能力强；
8. 具有很强的主观能动性与责任心；
9. 沟通能力强，流利的英语听说读写能力。

Senior Innovative Technology Expert

Main Responsibilities:

1. Explore new technologies, new methods, new architectures, and solve new business needs with innovative methods; Research technology especially about distribution, high concurrency, large capacity, data isolation, system decoupling, data acquisition, data governance, etc.
2. Use advanced technology to innovate and optimize existing systems, and be responsible for analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex problems;
3. Maintain close contact with system users and coordinate with all functional departments on all aspects of the system from time to time;
4. Deeply understand the requirements of the relevant departments of the company for the system, and transfer actual business requirements of the company to system implementation summary;
5. Responsible for finding solutions to system problems, assessing the feasibility of technical and business operations, responding to business system-related consulting, and ensuring that business systems adequately meet business needs;
6. Participate in contributing team building and regularly share information technology and industry leading edge technologies;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer related education, more than 10 years relevant work experience;
2. Ability to analyze the rationality of business requirements from application architecture and technology perspective;
3. Strong grasping and recognition ability towards technical risk.
4. Familiar with financial industry, especially automotive finance industry; Understand industry trends and latest updates;
5. Familiar with cutting-edge financial technology, understand mainstream technology architecture and platform technology, and experience in large-scale project implementation is preferred;
6. Familiar with test methods; More than 5 years’ experience in application optimization and architecture optimization; Fast analyze system problems and bottlenecks, and efficiently solve the problem of discovery;
7. Good at cooperation; Strong ability of adapting to the environment;
8. Strong subjective initiative and responsibility.
9. Strong communication skills; Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
