？Support DME budget management - budget shift in MEC between different accounts according to DME budget and spending plan approved by HC head and finance 

？Prepare Monthly /Weekly reports to help timely track budget /MCR / IO/PRs/PO/GR/IR status, strengthen  budget control and policy control ,  and avoid DME violation .  Collecting and preparing violation explanation reports , outstanding PO/IR tracking reports and other DME management report for HC team .

？Assist CCMG finance to provide DME policies and processes daily consultancy and guidance to CCMG HC teams, including perform as HC SAP/MEC admin to coordinate with BU system admin , conduct periodic review of MCR LCOA/ MEC users list and new user account set up, etc.  

？Coordinate , collect and consolidate HC teams submissions for HC ZBW ,ABP budget ,etc .

？Provide administrative support to HC and CVS & Petroleum channel head

？Coordinate , collect and consolidate for other programs

Judgment and Decision-Making: Typically receives assignments in the form of projects and results expected in addition to daily operations work

？Highly committed individual with strong influencing skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

？High proficiency in IT skills, especially with spreadsheet and database applications. (macro level)

Key Stakeholders: CCMG HC and CVS & Petro Business Team,  CCMG finance , BU GFO finance team.

Language Requirements:  Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
