Position: : IT Application Specialist

Address: 徐汇区世纪商贸广场

合同由中智负责签订，项目期限：2019.3 – 2020.6

如有外企IT背景或者项目工作经验优先

Responsibilities

Day to day operation support

Monitor ETL jobs specially in month end

Work with users to get issues fixed in commercial systems

Assist users to upload external data into data warehouse

Control 3rd party’s delivery quality by process/tool

Project management support

SC BI, DLMS, Merlion ...etc, projects support 

On time to finish the task assigned by project managers

Support project manager on project planning and execution

Capabilities

3 years' working experience in aspect of IT Application support

Independently work with user to handle system issues 

Able to read/write SQL script in MS SQL SERVER or ORACLE

Understand the BI concept of data warehouse, ETL, dimension, Fact table…etc

Familiar with CRM concept and Salesforce will be better

Partnership with business to manage users' requirement and expectation
