JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

? Monitor and control credit risk for CN/HK/TW customer portfolio and accounts receivables including regularly assessing risk, overdues and order blocks

? Ensure credit master data setup in SAP for new and existing customers. Checking regularly that the customer master data is up-to-date, identifying inactive customers

? Review and approve in customer master date change flow

? Take charge of monthly or regular reports of Asia AR aging, bank draft, LC, order block analysis etc

? Support in assessment process of customer/vendor credit risk, be able to analysis financial reports and from many other aspects

? Engage with commercial team, CSR team and accounting team in request/solve issues related to AR, invoice, credit control

? Optimizing local processes related to customer sales

? Actively support in optimizing trade payment term process and risk related topics

? Any other tasks manager assigned

Requirements:

? more than 2 years finance work experience, preferred in credit/AR/Treasury/FA functions

? Skills of financial analysis

? Knowledge of different trade payment concept, such as foreign currency, LC, bank draft , and experience of handling Asia region work, would be a plus

? Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Able to articulate ideas & thoughts clearly.

? Highly motivated. Self-starter/goal-oriented, and passionate team leader.

? Bachelor degree or above major in finance/ accounting/ economics / business

? Good level knowledge of MS Office applications.

? Knowledge of SAP would be helpful
