1. Manage and execute division strategy and business development projects

2. Manage and coordinate Merger & Acquisition, strategic alliance, investment deals from division side

3. Keep abreast with market & industry development, assess market opportunities for the division and the company

4. Support the Corporate Head and in some cases lead certain interactions with a target during the execution phase of an M&A project (beginning with expressions of interest and culminating with the closing of a deal) as planned through the deal-making team prioritization.

Support key steps, such as due diligence, external appraisal work, and closing, during the execution phase of M&A that include the planning and coordination of multi-functional, and sometimes external, resources necessary to complete projects. Ensure the inclusion and procurement of functional resources is appropriate to project requirements.

9. Provide leadership for cross-functional teams to drive and support project-related activities, e.g., frame issues, strategic options, develop solution scenarios, provide directions for various aspects of functional support, including due diligence, etc.

10. Develop regular status reports and actively communicate progress of new initiatives with management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support as required

任职资格:

1. Multiple years of experience in strategy & BD function, with more than 10 years of relevant working experience in strategy & BD in Pharma and Medical Device industry

2. Able to develop and present analysis to management and colleagues in a clear and articulate manner

3. Have fundamental knowledge of financial statements; Financial modeling experience and skills is a plus

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good professional ethics and values

5. Strong execution, able to complete high-quality work tasks in the specified time

6. Experience in PE/VC in healthcare industry is a plus

7. Proficient in Power-point, Excel and Word

8. Excellent command of English and Chinese
