Major Duties and Responsibility:

• Support programme managers to plan and implement the learning and development program
• Set up a high standard for the training preparation 
• Organize the communication with different stakeholders, including instructors, target audiencesenior level manage   ment and external vendors
• Track and update training records on learning management system
• Evaluate the programme result and file the relevant reports regularly
• Follow up with other ad-hoc tasks by program managers 

    

 

Job Profile:

    

    

• At least 2 years working experience relevant with training assistant &other supporting function
• Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good communication skill and maintain the relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Good English written / oral skill and pass the CET 6
• Basic knowledge with M/S office skill
