高级文档管理专员
概述
高级文档管理专员主要负责团队核心工作项目并协助主管进行团队日常工作管理，以及提供针对经销商贷后业务的各项服务 。
主要岗位职责
1. 负责文档专员团队日常工作安排；
2. 定期整理分析团队业务数据，及时发现待改善点；
3. 负责经销商服务热线，提高经销商满意度；
4. 负责协助文档专员业务能力提升及职能规划；
5. 协助主管进行必要的跨部门沟通，优化操作流程提高效率；
6. 负责完成上司交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，管理、金融等专业优先；
2. 有5~7年银行从业背景或相关金融工作经验者优先考虑；
3. 熟练使用EXCEL和PPT，优秀的数据分析能力和仓库管理经验；
4. 熟悉贷后管理流程及市场动态；
5. 具有良好人际交往及维系经销商关系的能力；
6. 具有良好的沟通、协调能力，并能高效率工作。
Sr. DM Specialist
Summary:
The Sr. DM specialist is mainly responsible for the core work projects of the team and assists the supervisor in the daily work management of the team, as well as providing various services for dealers' after-loan business.
Main Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the daily work arrangement of the DM team;
2. Regularly collate and analyze the team's business data, and timely find the improvement points;
3. Responsible for dealers' service hotline to improve dealers' satisfaction;
4. Responsible for assisting DM specialist in improving business capacity and functional planning;
5. Assisted the supervisor with necessary cross-department communication, optimized the operation process and improved the efficiency;
6. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above degree, management, financial major preferred;
2. 5~7 years banking background or relevant finance working experience is preferred;
3. Skilled use of EXCEL and PPT, excellent data analysis skills and warehouse management experience;
4. Familiar with post-credit management processes and market dynamics;
5. Have good interpersonal skill and ability to maintain dealer relationships;
6. Good communication ability, coordination and high efficiency.
