Ecolab is looking for full time Commercial Finance Analysts to be part of our newly formed Center of Excellence (COE) function in providing excellent level of pricing execution and commercial analysis to sales team. The COE Commercial Finance Analyst function is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the division’s commercialization efforts.
The Commercial Finance Analyst will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Ecolab’s commercial finance management system (CFS) built on the Microsoft Cloud platform. The team partners with Sales, Finance, Business Operations and IT to build and manage the transformational commercial finance platform that delivers workflow governance, operational efficiencies, actionable intelligence and decision support.
【What You Will Do:】
?Support division’s commercial finance for annual pricing increase plan and Pricing Playbook preparation
?Interact with sales to generate Price Increase Letter to customers in a timely, efficient and professional manner
?Direct the work for pricing increase plan execution, including PI reminder in CFS, sales action feedback gathering and generating exception reports for facilitating management team’s exceptional review
?Update exceptional approval result into Pricing Playbook in CFS
?Validate price change for Master Data setup
?Maintain data quality and data cleanup in pricing playbook via status tracking, constant data analysis, scheduled reports and validation rules
?Monthly report and tracking for pricing actual performance, Gross Margin Improvement (GMI) projects and new gain validation
?Customer profitability analysis and Billing Arrangement Stewardship for Fix Billing and Use risk
?Troubleshoot CFS issues and working with the users and technical team to resolve in a timely manner
?Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements and train new and existing users on how to use applications.

?Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
?At least three years of financial related work experience
?Ability to work under time pressure
?Details and quality orientation
?Strong PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
?Good English written and verbal communication skills
【Preferred Qualifications:】
?Financial analyst / Business Analysis experience preferred
?Superb financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills—must be a quick learner and translating this into recommendations and actions.
?Strong communication skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences
