WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

1.Review monthly rental， daily office expenditures and other charges of stores and ensure the settlement without delay according to the agreement

核对线下店铺租金，办公室日常费用及其他费用，依据合同及时安排付款。

2.Communicate with store/City manager and staff of landlords for the discrepancies and follow up the related invoice

联络店铺/城市经理及业主，处理应付款的差异并且跟踪发票的收回。

3.Timely and accruately maintain the application in NAV for payment to landlords

及时并准确的提交支付给业主的付款申请。

4.Review expenses claims according to company policy and prepare bank documents 

审核员工报销并准备相应银行付款文件。

5.Act as the focal point for vendor inquires on payables status and any issues

负责处理供应商的应付款查询和相关疑问。

6.Perform daily postings of supplier invoices and T&E expenses into ERP

负责日常发票和报销记账。

7.Bank accounts reconciliation and other closing tasks

负责银行余额调节和其他结账工作。

8. Communicate with bank for daily operation

负责银行日常沟通

9.Binding accounting vouchers

凭证整理。

10. Other tasks assigned from the supervisor

其他领导分配的工作。

WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT 任职条件：

1.College Degree or above

本科及以上学历

2.Good at using Windows Office Software, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Excel and Kingdee.

熟练操作Windows 办公软件，例如：Windows, PPT, Excel,金蝶 等等

3.At least 1 year working experience as cashier or accountant

一年或以上出纳/会计工作经验

4.High awareness of responsibility,Good integrity, honest and good communication skill

拥有高度责任感、诚信、诚实和良好沟通技巧

5.Accounting and taxation knowledge

会计和税务知识

6. Hold the certification of accounting profession

会计证

7.Good command of English, Cet-4 or above

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
