Main Job Responsibilities:
? Manage customer complaint model and handling process
? Workout customer complaint report & analysis
? Set up and manage 800 toll free call center, design and update Q&A
? Responsible for process excellence, key performance indicator setting and checking
Requirement:
? College or above, with 2-3 years relative experience in consumer products industry
? With experience of handling customer complain
? Good planning and analysis skill
? Familiar with 800 toll free call center
