Responsibilities:

？ Assisting to complete the work of competition, government approver, design development, and construction document.

？ Responsible for participating in higher level of the design, and ensure the project stays on schedule.

？ Responsible for coordinating design work with other major/ department.

？ Responsible for area, daylighting and energy saving calculation and other related design work.

？ Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages.

？ Responsible for project design and drawing assignments. Clear, scaled and detail oriented drawing skills is required.

？ Responsible for proofreading completed drawings and revising the audit option.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture.

？ Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required.

？ 3+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built.

？ Superb conceptual, design talent, strong technical and communication abilities and has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects.

？ Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design.

？ Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work.

？ Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.

Location:

工作职责：

？ 协助完成竞赛项目、政府审批、深化和施工图工作；

？ 负责参与高水平要求的设计，确保项目按期进行；

？ 协调与其他部门的设计工作；

？ 负责面积、采光和节能计算，及其他设计工作；

？ 整理不同项目阶段的汇报资料；

？ 负责项目的设计及绘图工作，具备清晰，有尺度概念且注重细节的良好绘图能力；

？ 负责图纸校对，修订审计选项。

职位要求：

？ 建筑专业本科及以上学历；

？ 流利的英文会话和书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上；

？ 三年以上多个项目经验；

？ 具备卓越的概念、设计能力，较强的技术和沟通能力，有过中到大型项目的施工图经验；

？ 熟练应用AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office及其他建筑设计相关软件；

？ 责任心强，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神；

？ 有获奖项目为佳。
