Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Best-in-Class production team at division
• Lead team to achieve Key Performance Metrics for Operational Performance, including Costs, on time delivery and Quality Assurance.
• Review and improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures.
• Staff development through, training, coaching, and job rotations to increase competency and career development
• Oversee strategic and tactical on lean manufacturing.
• Ensure company abides by local laws/regulations and work closely with local authorities on various issues as necessary, including proper Customs
• Other ad hoc project assigned by management
• Responsible for the production process to comply with the requirements of quality management system and food safety management system.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above. majors in Engineering or Management, manufacturing.

Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years related experience, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production is preferred.

Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge of production process.

Ability/Skill:

• Fluent oral English and German
