- To develop long term and short term sales strategy and take part in proposing channel strategy, product portfolio, service model etc. for launching SW brands in China market;

- To propose annual sales plan, identify opportunities, and lead the team to achieve sales and profit target;

- Manage and control service activities to ensure and continuously improve customer satisfaction;

- Develop and maintain customers and ensure good customer relationship management;

- Collaborate closely with other functions like marketing, trade marketing and finance, to implement business strategy;

- Team management and development.

- Sales/Management or related bachelor degree or above. MBA is a plus;

- At least 15 years sales experience in retail or consumer goods with more than 5 years in a national role;

- Strong strategic thinking;

- Successful experience of new brand launching will be a plus;

- Strong business sense and good customer management capability;

- Good leadership skill;

- Good command of oral and written English.
