Conduct daily recruiting operations of the company to make sure company’s talents needs can be met.

Responsibilities 工作职责

Conduct daily recruiting operations, including but not limited to recruiting needs clarification with Hiring Manager, selecting recruiting channels and posting ad., screening CV, arranging and conducting the 1st round interview and making recommendation, coordinating and arranging 2nd and 3rd round interview;

完成日常招聘，包括但不限于与用人部门经理确认招聘需求，选择招聘渠道并发布广告，筛选简历，安排并进行第一轮面试并作出推荐，安排第2轮和第3轮面试；

Prepare offer for the new employees, and communicate with the new employees on his/her on-boarding arrangement;

为新员工准备offer，与新员工沟通其入职安排；

Participate in and assist in various recruiting projects, like campus recruitment etc.;

参与和协助各种招聘项目，如校园招聘等；

Maintain and update relevant report, including but not limited to recruiting report, turnover report;

维护和更新相关报表，包括但不限于招聘报告，离职分析报告；

Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.

执行上级领导分配的其他任务。

Requirements 任职要求

At least 3 years' professional experience in recruiting function, with experience in TIC indusries preferred；

至少3年人才招聘经验，有检测认证行业经验优先考虑；

Bachelor and above degree;

本科及以上学历；

Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English；

具备良好的中英文沟通能力；

Strong influencing ability and good interpersonal skills;

具备较强的影响力，良好的人际交往能力；

Skillful in words, excel, PowerPoint;

熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件；

Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
