职位描述
Brief Task Description:
1. Develop product marketing plan of vehicle products assigned by the Department Manager
1) Product definition (product positioning, target customer, segmentation, etc.)
2) Product plan development (pricing, volume, CPOS, margin, etc.)
3) Model year product marketing management (annual changes, buzz model, etc.)
4) New product launch management (cross-functional CGCSL launch coordination)
2. Product intelligence and analysis, including key competitors, segment movement and industry trend, etc.
3. Release product information in CGCSL to guide and support other functional team (sales, marketing/PR, aftersales, network/training, etc.) in business operations.
4. Interface with APAC Product Planning, International Product teams, APAC Engineering, etc. to ensure the product requirements are meet in the product development process to support CGCSL business objectives.
5. Represent CGCSL in localization programs, and provide input into the commercial parameters.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree in auto engineering or related field or related fields;
2) Minimum 3 years’ experience with leading multinationals or domestic auto companies
3) Solid product knowledge, product and/or marketing skills
4) Experience in managing locally assembled products a strong plus
5) Ability to work closely across functions, including sales, marketing, aftersales, finance, product planning, engineering, etc.
6) Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
