职位描述
1 协助总经理制定产品战略规划，为公司重大研发项目提供信息支持；
2 负责公司研发部部门整体管理工作；
3 领导公司产品研发、改良等相关项目工作；
4 对市场、销售部门提供相应的技术支持工作；
6 制定和实施年度新品开发计划、产品的技术改良和降本；
7 组织新产品研发方案的制定、进度控制和实施工作，并制定标准；
8 产品工艺的制定和认证工作；
9 新产品的专利申报、企业标准编制、科技项目申报、高新技术企业认定或复审等。
任职要求：
1、学历要求研究生或博士，机电一体化、机械设计等相关专业毕业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
3、对技术市场具有一定的敏锐度，能够把握相关技术的发展动向，不断创新该进工程技术；
4、熟悉自动化制造型企业，从研发到大批量生产、工程工艺、技术改进等相关环节的运作流程，有高效的运作思路；
5、学习领悟能力强，有相当的创新精神和强烈的责任感，心态沉稳，擅长管理技术团队。
