Responsibilities

• Lead strategic lab planning, including: technology themes, program design, space planning
• Manage team and staffing, operations and budget forecasts
• Plan and execute all lab programs – ranging from longer term customer engagements to ad-hoc events
• Manage all lab assets including equipment, AV, tools, software and servicing
• Manage operational budget – and reporting monthly to stakeholders
• Support business development for customers into the lab
• Contribute to non-technical education materials;
• Own overall Lab strategy and success
• Alert and escalate exception events or incidents to leadership team
• Manages lab reports, status reviews and communications

Qualifications

• Solid background in running facilities, role as team lead, and managing operating budgets
• Good understanding of AI technologies Internet of Things and relevant adjacent technologies
• 10+ years of program management in the technology space; background in cloud and AI
• Highly accountable, success driven in a fast-paced environment
• Senior and executive audience engagements
• Solid written and verbal communications skills
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or 10 years equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with standard coding practices such as code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, scrum, agile etc. Strong communications (written and speaking) and interacting with customer and partners
• Strong English verbal/written communication (CET 6 or equivalent experience) & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and engineering skills are necessary
