职位描述
1、建立直营市场及渠道市场的培训体系；
2、为公司员工提供定期及不定期培训；
3、经销商会议等大型会议支持及会议实施；
4、搭建培训体系，定期开发和更新有关业务能力提升及人才发展的专业课件；
5、门店标准化管理，改善门店形象提高客户体验；
6、其他培训方面工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理等相关专业；
2. 五年以上培训岗位实践经验，对培训有系统的概念；
3.具有良好的沟通及表达能力，普通话标准。
