职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Must have rich experience with Salesforce.

- Must have rich experience with ERP; With Netsuite is perfect.

- Experienced in creating budget plan.

- Very good at creating project plan.

- Involve people from different departments and partners. Collect and analyze user requirements and develop system functional specification.

- Prepare test case and test scenarios for system integration testing (SIT).

- Train end users and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Assist vendors to deliver services on schedule and good quality.

- Analyze production issues, identify the root cause of defects, and continuously improve existing application systems.

- Respond change request of production from business side, fulfill ad-hoc business and operation requests.

- Be responsible for promoting team work and collaboration within the company, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of potential areas of conflict.

- Understanding and experience in large scale system development and performance tuning is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

- Good English speaking

- BS degree in computer or relevant majors

- Experience as system engineer or system analyst

- Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.

- Analytical Thought and Problem Solving. Fluent English capacity.
