• The tendering supervisor is a role to support biding team to maintain the platform and organize the data.

• Provincial tendering is a key process for medical device markeing access.

• Medical Devices business face natinal/ provincial/ cityleval tendering challenge in China.

• Coordinate and communicate with Tedering team to solve the problem during documents preparation, ensure the timely delivery of bidding documents.
• Be responsible for platform and biding data.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor degree in Medical Science, Pharmaceutical or other related major

• Bi-lingual Mandarin and English required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other appropriate bid designing software

• 3~5 years experience in Bidding in multinational medical device company and Familiar with the bidding process

• Strong attention to details

• Be very honest, careful and responsible

• Strong confidentiality consciousness

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and copy writing skills

• Task prioritization—has common sense and can apply it to management of project

• Problem solver—identifies problems and solves them proactively, be creative in thinking of alternate solutions to problems
