职位描述
岗位职责
1、 制定物流长、中、短期战略，完成生产计划、采购、仓储、物流各环节的规划设计及内部资源整合；
2、 对公司物流、供应链运作模式及物流配送方式进行规划和设计；
3、 持续增加新的优质承运商，缩短运输周期，降低成本，提高服务质量；
4、 监督、指导物流工作，研究解决物流工作中遇到的问题，制定物流工作重点；
5、 制定物流管理和工作计划，对物流工作规范和考核标准不断进行完善；
6、 对运输、仓储、人员等方面进行成本控制。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，物流类、管理类相关专业；
2、10年以上制造业生产计划、采购、仓储相关工作经验，5年以上管理经验，具有丰富的物流管理经验，熟悉生产计划、采购、仓储等环节的规划、建设及管理；
3、 熟悉物流业务操作流程及进出口贸易流程；
4、具备较强的协调能力与团队管理能力，较强的系统思维能力；
5、具有完整的企业管理理论、知识和经验，了解各地物流市场，能有效利用仓储、运输资源并善于开拓渠道；
6、具有高度的责任感和敬业精神，能在快速发展的企业中承受较强的工作压力。
