General Description:

Provide the solution and necessary response to the AMT reports; Trace back to sourcing CLC, SSI or vendor’s AMT delivery and field verification, drive the problem of preventive correction implementation, eventually satisfy the customer’s requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

    

· Responsible for AMT report and order sheet, preliminary analysis, responsibility judgment.

    

· Responsible for communicating special AMT materials shipping, tracing

    

· Responsible for collecting and analyzing AMT data and reporting individual case and monthly trend.

    

· Responsible for AMT TOP issues escalating and come up with proposal

    

· Responsible for COPQ allocation and reduction

    

· Drive any AMT & PUI disputes.

    

· Comply with WWJSSS and OTIS EH&S rules.

    

· Comply with UTC and company’s Ethics & Compliance Policies

    

· Complete ACE Associate courses and get the license on time

· Apply ACE Tools to daily work

Basic Qualifications:

    

· Education: Bachelor or above.

    

· Experience: 1-years or above of mechanical and or electrical engineering, prefer to experience of elevator industry, particularly, quality, engineering or manufacturing

    

· Language: Good writing English and fluent spoken English.

    

· Computer Skills: Good skill in Office software, familiar JDE system be more plus
