ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintaining the Retail operations Bible, according to business needs

· Assist in managing and monitoring stores daily operation flow to make sure the SOP is strictly performed

· Operational check of store visiting and reporting, to make sure the SOP are conduct well in store and keep monitoring

· Follow up the stores commercial performances through different sales analysis and productivity reports

· Prepare sales plan and target in collaboration with the Retail Manager

· Provide administrative support to store

· Participate in the annual budgeting process

· Assist to managing uniforms of store

· Assist to organize the retail meeting annually and regular meeting between office and stores

· Coordinate with Communications department for promotion activities

· Assist Communications among LL, office and stores for better smoothly result

· Assist to manage the inventory status as expected and chasing deliveries of store

· Act as a link between the store line team and MD team

· Update and maintain the CRM data

· Follow up the store mailing and customer loyalty program according to the customer profile analysis

· Assist in managing positive customer relations and monitoring customer feedback

· VIC discount granting, checking and monitoring

· Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 5 years relevant retail operation experience preferably in luxury industry

· Diploma and above in Business Administration or equivalent

· Strong sense of responsibility, strong commitment and high integrity

· Good team player, able to work independently

· Good command in English

· Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing) and POS

· Less experience will be considered as Operations Assistant.
