职位描述
主要职责
● Be the interface between the local customers and the manufacturing entities (overseas)
● Order placing and weekly progress following up
● Maintaining supplier relationship, trouble shooting.
● Month close and file keeping
● Communicating with logistics colleague in a timely manner for arrival information.
● Providing necessary documentation to the logistics colleague in a timely manner for customs clearing.
● Weekly sales data and warehouse report for all trading products, refill the inventory timely.
● Closely following supplier's shipping schedule and transit period.
● Updating sales statistic weekly and at the end of each month
● Work together with finance for customer invoicing.
● Arranging and delivering product samples to customers as per request from sales team.
● Facilitating sales team on payment collection.
● Implement the Graphite & Carbon good practices and KPI
● Be the “gatekeeper” for claims management
● Assist Sales team on administration such as flight, hotel booking etc.
● Coordinate trade show.
岗位任职要求
● Bachelor degree. Education on International Trade, Logistic Management will be preferred Relevant experience
● Above 3 years of experience in the role of import & export, sales assistant, customer service, logistic flow, knowledgeable about import procedures (documentation, process, rules=)
● Knowledge about the mining / minerals industry would be a plus.
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Strong dedication and work independently
● Well organized and pay attention to the details
● Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English
● Able to “fight for his/her ideas”
● Management skills
