Purpose of the job

The Talent Acquisition Partner represents Talent Acquisition expertise in China/or APAC and report to APAC talent acquisition lead to focus on TA strategic projects and the senior level hiring to reduce reliance on external agencies, work closely with HRBP’s to ensure service delivery to the business in the region, maintain a regular dialogue with hiring managers and local HR to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs in the region. This role will also deeply support the roll-out of talent acquisition ad hoc programs and initiatives tailored to local requirements.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• An experienced recruitment professional with a minimum of 5 years above working experience
• Proven success in recruiting mid to senior level management within a relevant sector
• Good project management skills with regional and global stakeholders
• Experience working with a global or multinational company in a relevant sector or industry
• Fluent in English is a must
